About me
Located in Meridian near Overland and Eagle Highway, I am available in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 10 am to 7 pm and Wednesdays from 1pm to 7pm.
I'm a client-centered therapist practicing from a trauma-informed lens at Keys Counseling Solutions in Meridian, off Eagle Highway on Titanium Place. I believe that the client knows themself better than I do, and I guide clients to find ways to help themselves rather than telling them what to do. I recognize that therapy is a collaborative process and each individual has unique needs and goals. I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for self-exploration, skill-building, and healing.
