About me
Currently I am taking new patients in person and on line/telehealth. At my practice I see children to adults including couples regaining ground over anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, communication skills and stress management.
Hi! I have over 26 years experience working with all ages of children, families, adults and couples. If one allows, I include my Christian faith as part of the journey. As an ordained minister my faith is important to me. We all need support in life. I use my experience to come alongside and give hope. I offer assessments to help you learn about yourself and gain insight. I listen to understand and work through whatever presents. I utilize CBT -cognitive behavioral therapy, a strength based approach, IFS -Internal Family Systems and Christian counseling. I am easy to talk to and want to hear about your life. I encourage you to reach out.
