My approach to therapy is to meet clients where they are at, listen to their concerns, and make specific therapeutic goals to accomplish. I excel at creating safe spaces for people to talk and explore themselves. I am a secular, spiritual therapist. I love to help people find their potential and understand themselves through intentional, actionable steps. If a client says, “I want to love myself,” that is followed by real discussion about how that works and goal setting for how it can be accomplished.

My specialties are religious trauma recovery, religious deconstruction, identity development, men’s emotional development and toxic masculinity, childhood trauma, inner child work and reparenting yourself, psychedelic integration, and integrating eastern and western mental health (mediation, reiki, chakras, CBT, PIE)
Whether you are newly transitioning out of religion or have been out for a long time but are struggling to find peace, I encourage you to reach out. I’ve been through the process personally and can support you through it. David is also an excellent therapist for those in their spiritual journey as he has personal experience with meditation, chakras, reiki, plant medicines, breath work, sound baths, and somatic release.
