I’m passionate about collaborative therapy empowering my clients to achieve harmony within themselves and between their important relationships. I enjoy getting to know you as a unique client working closely with you to resolve your particular challenges. I have a broad eclectic and culturally sensitive repertoire which I utilize to complement each individuals thinking process and creative abilities. I provide FDA approved Neurofeedback Brain training and FDA approved Pulsed Electronic Magnetic Field therapy.

I’m an Internal Family Systems Informed therapist. I have over thirty years experience with an extensive background working in diverse settings with a wide variety of clients. I have worked in the acute psychiatric inpatient setting, intensive out patient and partial hospitalization setting doing one to one therapy, group therapy, and family therapy. I have also been a key member in training teams from across the nation in advanced programming for serving the mental health needs of communities across the United States. I have consulted across the U.S. with mental health clinics and psychiatric hospitals to enrich the quality of mental health for diverse communities. I bring this experience to my private practice. I provide the psychotherapy needed to treat a wide range of issues like: anxiety, depression, PTSD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, ADHD, ADD, Bipolar and trauma related issues. I enjoy working together to optimize clients' individual communication skills, positive coping strategies during life transitions and developing a tailored lifestyle schedule which includes each clients' priorities in a balanced way. I am a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming having trained at the New York Training Institute under Anne Linden. I look forward to our collaborating.
