About me
Greetings, I am Darniel J. Mojica, LCSW, a mental health professional that is dedicated to helping individuals, with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and trauma.
I am a Hispanic male and provide services in English and Spanish. I am married to my high school sweetheart for the past thirty years. In my spare time, the wife and I enjoy collecting comic book memorabilia, trying new foods, and cooking recipes. I have been a counselor for over a decade. My experience stems from community mental health, mobile crisis, adult and child outpatient clinics.

It's difficult for you to interact with others, you second guess yourself, and become mentally exhausted because you overthink and worry so much? Perhaps you experienced trauma and have difficulty controlling your emotions and you relive past experiences? You become depressed, feel conflicted, and filled with anger. Maybe you are that person that has difficulty sustaining a relationship or have ongoing marital problems because you can't communicate well. What you want is better control of anxiety, have control of your emotions, and establish happy and healthy relationships.
As a CBT therapist, I help individuals to identify causes, ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs that impact a person’s mental health and interactions. As a TF-CBT therapist, I help people to confront their traumas, understand their actions, reactions, and to have emotional and psychological control. My approach is client centered, educational, collaborative.
