About me
Hi, I’m Daniella! I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, addiction, anxiety, trauma, and codependency.
My goal is to support you in accessing the innate wisdom and resources you need in order to live your most authentic life and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we will explore the root causes of your feelings, uncover unconscious patterns in your life, and help you overcome whatever it is that limits you.
My therapeutic style is grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and change with the right support. I utilize a culturally-sensitive and trauma-informed treatment approach, incorporating a mix of evidence-based, somatic, and mindfulness practices to meet you exactly where you are at.
Taking the first step toward healing can be intimidating, which is why I am deeply committed to providing you with a safe space to explore your emotions and experiences without judgment. Feel free to contact me if you feel I may be a good fit for your needs! I’d be honored to support you on your path to healing.
