Danice’s personal experience and exposure to mental ill-health as a registered nurse in a rural community led her to pursue her Masters in nursing and certification as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner which remains her most impactful professional accomplishment. WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU CALL
Determine your needs: During the initial phone call you will be asked for your contact information, and you will be asked you to briefly share your needs and concerns.
Discuss payment options: We will discuss payment options during your initial contact. To assist with this process, we recommend that you have your insurance card handy when you call.,
Follow up: To prepare for your first appointment, the necessary intake documents and directions will be emailed or faxed to you.

In the mail correspondence you will receive a welcome letter with a link directing you to set up your password to the portal. Once completed you will receive the documents. These documents can be completed in the comfort of your own home. documents will need to be completed prior to your first therapy session.
YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT:
The first appointment is a chance for you and your mental health care professional to get to know one another. You will be asked questions about your life, your background, your mental health history, and your mental health and or therapy goals. During the session you will have the opportunity to begin collaborating with a treatment plan; what you want to be different in your life and to begin discussing how to get there.

PAYING FOR SERVICES:
In your initial conversation with our Client Services Coordinator, you will be asked about any health insurance coverage you may have. We can quickly share if your provider is one to which we can bill. We are a service provider for many major health plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicaid, Medicare to name just a few.

What if my insurance isn't accepted?
If your insurance provider is not accepted or if you do not presently have insurance, and you need additional help paying for services, a payment plan is an option.
