About me
I specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and ADHD with a passion for keeping things organized.
I am a fully licensed therapist with experience working with children and adults. I am trained in DBT, CBT+, and trauma focused CBT. I look at behaviors and symptoms through a trauma lens to get to the root of the issue. I believe that YOU are the expert in your life. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to rediscover yourself. (Bonus points if we get to laugh along the way. )
I provide a unique therapeutic experience in which we complete various cleaning tasks, declutter and create a more organized living space with the intention of promoting mental and emotional well-being. Walk and talk/Virtual therapy available as well.
