About me
I am a NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is Certified in Family Trauma, Child & Adolescent Trauma, as well as in Anxiety. I am also trained in play therapy, sand tray therapy and ADHD for both children & adults. I offer individual, couple, and family sessions.
I believe that there is an art to therapy and interacting with someone who is free of judgement or biases is an essential part of the growing and healing process. From breakdowns to breakthroughs, I will be here to listen, encourage, and provide you with the proper tools in order for you and your family to have a more fruitful life filled with possibilities.
