I am a Doctorally-trained, Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health with a philosophical approach rooted in functional and lifestyle medicine. I offer an open and welcoming approach to exploring ways to mental wellness that integrate both patient-centered lifestyle changes, evidence-based medication management, and individual psychotherapy.

I maintain a small practice for a more personalized approach that ensures each client gets the time they need and never has to wait for an appointment. My approach to care is holistic, integrative, and direct. I work with clients to create an environment that helps foster and enhance their sense of self and optimal well-being.
