I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist ecstatic about helping my client's invest in their mental health.

I truly believe in the healing power of the client-therapist relationship through genuine acceptance and attunement. Through these core values, I center my treatment around collaborative, client-focused goals and objectives. I also draw from various modalities in order to inventively implement individualized techniques and interventions that meet my client's needs. Through this process of discovery, I support my clients in identifying their strengths, creating change, investing in their mental health, and ultimately finding empowerment in their lives.

At Newport Beach Family Development Center, we strive to provide treatment that goes beyond symptom relief. Fundamentally, we believe that each person can achieve happiness and that happiness can be cultivated through internal resiliency. All of our services are steeped in a strength based approach. Whether we are working with a child, adolescent or adult our therapy and assessment services offer the opportunity to develop the positive self concept that promotes interactions fueled through resilience, innovation and positive intention.
