About me
I want to offer you the opportunity to tell me your story in a safe place with no fear of judgement. I
believe people have the capacity to take control over their emotions and behaviors if provided the
appropriate tools. It is exciting to watch change happen.
Have you ever felt that your life is out of control and hopeless? How do you get to a place where you
feel that you are living a life worth living? I have years of experience working with a widespread of
mental health diagnosis where I am seeing people on their worst day. The pain from the past and
present is surfacing in the moment I am meeting with them. I am certified in trauma therapy. I use a lot of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to include mindfulness techniques.
