I am an experienced counselor with over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am a compassionate and dedicated counselor guiding my clients towards emotional well-being. I provide counseling to help my clients cope with life's challenges, and assist them in managing anxiety, depression, grief/loss, family changes, behavioral concerns, and trauma.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified School Counselor, I have guided the hearts of children, teens, and adults for over 25 years. I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals and families in times of crisis and tribulation. From empowering at-risk teens and adults, to nurturing young minds in elementary school, I have walked alongside countless souls on their journey towards healing and growth.
In my practice, I offer clients the opportunity to grow and heal utilizing a multisensory approach to counseling. I implement a variety of theoretical approaches in a session to address the unique needs of each client. This creative approach leads to flexibility on my part, makes a real impact in the results that my clients see from each counseling session, and leads them from struggling to thriving in a short amount of time.
