About me
With over 10 years experience in providing therapy, I meet clients where they are and help them get where they want to go. I specialize in depression, anxiety, women's issues, life transitions, and trauma.
I have worked in both private practice and within the Child Welfare System. I worked at a residential treatment center supporting trafficking victims for 3 years, first as a therapist and then as the Clinical Director. In individual therapy I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults.
Sometimes life can seem overwhelming. Finding the right therapist can feel like a lifeline between where you are and where you want to be.
