Hello! My name is Cindy Eames and I have over 20 years of experience assisting males and females ages 13-80+ in individual, couples and family counseling. It is amazing to see the progress that people can make when they are provided a supportive and non-judgmental environment to work through whatever life's challenges they are facing. Covid and subsequent considerations and regulations are adding other layers of stress for people from perhaps being only a slight issue to significantly pervasive and intense regardless of their stance or position on this.

Our individual life stressors can also be tremendously impacting to us, whether they are current issues from our home, work/school settings and society in general or struggles and traumas experienced earlier in our lives, but with therapeutic resources, coping skills and stress management skills, these stressors and traumas can be managed or resolved.

I welcome your call to discuss the issue(s) that you and/or a loved one is facing, and we can then arrange an appointment, usually within a couple days, to begin working together either on the telephone (for people with health concerns or for ease) or in person (masks are optional). New clients are being accepted.
