About me
I am an experienced mental health therapist dedicated to helping people become the best, healthiest versions of themselves.
I graduated from Upper Iowa with a Bachelors in Psychology with honors in 2017 and a Masters in Science in Counseling in 2019. Since then, I have worked private practice and community based mental health and crisis and have worked with a wide variety of people in all stages and walks of life. I take a more mindfulness approach however, treatment is very individualized based on what works for you. I often pull from different theories and modalities to ensure the you truly get what you need in therapy. Therapy is a process, often times a very hard process, and I am to help you work through and process through things from trauma, school/work stress, to family and parenting, to couples and relationships, everyday stressors, to self-esteem and self-worth to help get you where you want to be.
I am married with a toddler and a small zoo of animals. I enjoy doing various activities with my family, especially outdoor activities.
Always remember, YOU ARE ENOUGH.
