I work from an attachment framework and provide Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), a researched effective therapy dealing with betrayals, conflict, hurt and infidelity. I am trained and utilize EMDR, Accerated Resolution Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address my clients' trauma, anger, fear, anxiety, depression, and low self esteem.
I graduated from ASU with a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communications and a Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. I am trained to work with couples, families, and individuals. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in various roles teaching young children, adolescents and adults. I am committed to helping others live their best lives.
