About me

I am a local SF therapist who supports issues related to ADHD, anxiety, life transitions, and self-esteem.

Times are rough, tell me about it. I am a bi-racial San Francisco native, appreciative of the multicultural spirit of the city. I attended college in Los Angeles, graduate school in Portland, Oregon, and then I moved to New Zealand and worked as a therapist before returning to San Francisco. I provide services on the foundation that people are able to feel a sense of control, confidence, and peace when facing adversity.
I use an integrative approach, which means that I incorporate several different models of therapy based on the presenting problem and your individual needs. The therapies I draw from include: cognitive therapies, narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and structural/strategic therapy.
I work collaboratively, so invite consistent feedback and honest reflections in order for the service to be effective for you.
