Working with people and supporting them in achieving their goals, is my passion. It can be challenging to get through a difficult time in your life alone and it can be challenging to feel as though no one understands you. I work diligently to create a safe haven in order for you to feel comfortable to share their dreams and fears, and ultimately create a place of hope as you work toward your next steps. I am currently licensed in Georgia (LCSW) and Maryland (LCSW-C) and Virginia.
My approach is that no problem is too small if it causes you anxiety or stress; I am here to help. I use professional tools and therapeutic techniques that include Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Methods and Strengths Based/Solution-Focused Therapy.
