About me
In this incredible work, I’m privileged to partner with clients, understanding their core values and ideals. We celebrate wellness, and the overall sense of feeling whole. I help individuals and communities identify areas of distress, and explore ways to foster connection and healing.
I have always been fascinated with how our experiences and relationships affect how we think about ourselves, and how we design our lives. In my work with clients, our focus is to deepen their capacity to take care of themselves, and identify barriers and patterns that interfere with their motive towards health and joy. I’ve also been drawn to research that explores how stress impacts our body, health, and overall sense of wellness. I help people navigate:
- Stress
- Self-care - explore everyday tips, tools, and resources to help you build an effective, consistent, daily self-care practice
- Life transitions
- Change or decline in health
- Interpersonal relationships - how we build relationships, challenges in expressing needs in relationships, unhealthy/destructive patterns in relationships
- Loss of relationship - uncoupling, divorce
- Difficult, painful, challenging, or confusing emotions
- Grief - expected, unexpected, and anticipatory
- Trauma
