Hi I'm Connor, I offer in person and online depth psychotherapy with a mindfulness lens for individuals and couples in California.

I specialize in helping people through depression, addiction, trauma, and difficult relationship patterns. Many of my clients are emotionally intelligent and self aware, but struggle with self criticism, asserting their needs in relationships, and using substances or addictive behaviors to mask their emotions.

As a depth therapist, I’m interested in exploring underneath the surface of your psyche to better help you understand the root causes of what is troubling you. I am and integral therapist, meaning I am trained in and practice multiple different modalities including Transpersonal, Gestalt and Psychodynamic psychotherapy.
