About me
I am licensed in Utah with 7 years of professional work experience. I have worked with clients of all ages. My areas of expertise include trauma, attachment, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illness, stress management, and self compassion. I not only have clinical experience, but also personal experience. I am a mom of four and a grandma of three. In my family and extended family, I have dealt first hand with anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, OCD, trauma, abuse, autism, chronic illness, and divorce. I am EMDR trained and IFS informed. My primary modalities include IFS, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and sand tray therapy. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I look forward to meeting with you!
