I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma and are dealing with depression, anxiety, or hopelessness.

A negative experience could be one life changing event or many smaller events that accumulate over time. I specialize in treating people who have experienced trauma. Trauma takes many forms but always takes a toll. Trauma can make you feel overwhelmed, insecure, and hopeless. Trauma can make you forget who you used to be.

In addition to trauma treatment I also have expertise in treating anxiety, panic disorders, and depression. I take a collaborative approach. Sessions are focused and action oriented with you steering the ship. This means that you set the goals and the pace. My job is to create a space to explore safely and effectively with evidenced based treatment.
