About me
What have I learned after over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist? Change is possible and hope can be restored.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate and empowering. It is my goal to customize your therapy and guide you to find peace, happiness, and a sense of well being.
I specialize in treating Trauma, depressive episodes, anxiety disorders, and alcohol or drug misuse. I work to help you address stress-related issues such as life transitions, relationship issues and loss.
Special focus on compassion fatigue and therapy for other medical professionals, as well as adult ADHD evaluations, and Chronic Pain.
I am a Certified Trauma Services Specialist and utilize EMDR, and lean into the work of Bessel (trauma stored in the body), Schwartz's family system applied to one's internal subparts, Gabor's belief that alcohol and drug addiction are a response to trauma. What I offer to my clients is going on the journey with them to heal and explore the self, family, and environments in a safe and supported space.
