About me
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping clients understand themselves and build strong, resilient relationships.
I help individuals, couples, and families feel confident with emotions, strengthen and deepen their relationships, and better understand themselves. My strengths-based approach can help you navigate new opportunities and face challenges with confidence.
I am a relational therapist who loves working with creative, unique, and diverse brains. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, and have a special interest in ADHD/neurodiversity and in disability across the lifespan. My approach focuses on each client's individual strengths to create meaningful and lasting change.
