About me
I am an experienced grief therapist who offers caring, insightful, professional help in navigating through experiences of grief, loss & life transitions.
Many of life's natural events - the death of someone we love, a divorce or relationship struggles, job/career changes, health problems, midlife concerns and aging - can uncover feelings of deep loss. Often, we feel a myriad of emotions including sadness, stress, confusion, anger, disillusionment, or emptiness. I offer unbiased, caring help. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and holistic.
I have post-graduate training in grief/bereavement and facilitate support groups for Buddy's Place, a family-based bereavement program. I work effectively with individuals, couples, & families. I also offer consultation, educational/support groups, trainings & workshops focusing on grief/loss and life-transition related topics.
