About me
I am a therapist dedicated to helping people understand and heal complex trauma that shows up in their relationships and influences sense of self, self-esteem, self-worth, and ways of relating to others. My approaches to trauma healing include learning about the brain, the body, and the nervous system, is neuroscience-informed, and utilizes somatic or body-oriented processing. I also rely on Deep Brain Reorienting methods to heal trauma from the deepest parts of the brain.
I am good at listening and observing patterns related to trauma manifestation and helping clients understand what is happening from a biological, non-stigmatizing perspective. My work includes an integrative approach, relying heavily on bottom-up approaches to processing trauma stored in the body.
