My passion is to help free people from the grip of anxiety and past trauma, to be able to enjoy life more fully. I am committed to hearing your unique story, perspective, and difficulties. The human experience is not easy and we all need help at times in our life. Counseling is a wonderful tool to help in these times. During our initial sessions, we will collaborate to identify goals that are specific to your vision for an improved life. I have worked in the mental health field since 2005 and dedicated the last 18 years to counseling adolescents through a wide range of difficulties. Over the course of my career, I have seen a tremendous increase in those suffering with anxiety, and while journeying with people, found that many times there is underlying trauma that needs to be addressed. Through various modalities and techniques, we can work through the trauma in a gentle, quick, and effective way. Being a part of my client's journey is exciting and fulfilling. I am committed to using evidence based approaches to help you achieve emotional stability and freedom from whatever has you "stuck."
