Recovering Pessimist In Search of Hope
Do you feel alone? Did COVID make you feel more anxiety? Are you depressed? Did your creativity get blocked in your work recently? Have you lost loved ones (pets included) and your having difficulty dealing with it? Have you experienced childhood and/or adulthood trauma that is impacting your life negatively? In my professional & personal work, I have learned how to not only be a therapist, but a client, too. I am just another human being on their journey through life. However, I can offer my experience in psychotherapy to assist you on your path. I have over 200 hundred hours in Psychodrama training and have studied psychodynamic psychotherapy under the tutelage of two highly seasoned mentors. My BSW and MSW were acquired from The University of Maryland. I have worked in hospice, adult daycare, treatment foster care, and community mental health centers. I currently work at my own private therapy practice in Maryland.
