I am an experiencing clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, depression and cope with life transitions.

It has been my privilege to be working as a mental health therapist for over 25 years. My guiding principal remains to lead with compassion, understanding, respect and starting where the client identifies. I realize that therapy is about goodness of fit with the therapist. Throughout my 25 year career, I have been honored to work with diverse clients, assisting them in achieving goals related to healthier coping and relationships skills. Over the past decade I have focused on working with motivated clients addressing primarily trauma, anxiety and mood disorders. I believe my role is to nurture and guide each persons' innate healing process, helping to achieve greater peace and connection to themselves and others. The ultimate goal is to assist clients in moving past the need for therapy. I have advanced training in EMDR, and various ego state therapy techniques to address PTSD and complex trauma. I also incorporate mindfulness, EFT, and breathe work focusing on calming the nervous system. My work is primarily rooted in trauma, relational, interpersonal neurology and polyvagal theory. I believe and nurture the mind/body/spirit connection.
