About me
Are you stressed out, anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, irritable, angry or lonely? You don’t have to suffer in silence. You are not alone. I am here to listen without judgment and offering you solutions and practical tools for quick relief to start feeling better now.
How am I unique? I am an Asian-American female, faith-based (Christian) therapist offering client centered psychotherapy rooted in evidence-based treatment modalities including but not limited to DBT, trauma-focused CBT, and solution-focused brief therapy. I am a Certified Grief Informed Professional and trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) to help decrease the disturbance of past traumatic memories.
