I am an experienced therapist specializing in resolving trauma.

I have worked in emergency crisis services, crisis management services, and trauma for years and this has brought with it the experience to be able to quickly meet and address your immediate needs and then work toward addressing the long-term needs.
I currently serve children and adults via teletherapy. I have training and experience working with military veterans. I assist with issues including: depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, dissociative disorders, conflict, parenting/behavioral management. We currently offer equine assisted psychotherapy as a treatment option.
I utilize a collaborative approach to therapy. I enjoy working with clients to find the solutions that best fit their needs to resolve current stressors and problems. Everyone has inside of them the answers, but sometimes needs a little help to find them. I believe in the therapeutic value of animals. We currently offer equine assisted psychotherapy.
