About me
Ditch your eating disorder, empower your soul.
I guide my clients from the prison that is disordered eating, to living a full and complete soul-led life. You probably didn’t choose to live a life trapped in an eating disorder. The therapeutic process I provide is one way to escape those confines and move towards full autonomy of your body, mind, and spirit. If that sounds vague, you’re right! Your personal therapeutic transformation is unique and will look different than any other client I’ve worked with. That is really the beauty of recovery and the freedom it affords. As my client, we’ll work towards loosening your grip on rigidity that is keeping you stuck, and move towards openness that ultimately affords you the space and power to self-determine what your life looks like and who you want to be.
There is no one right way to recover from an eating disorder, which is usually the opposite of what people with eating disorders want to hear. We want steps, rules, a very specific roadmap. I hate to break this news, but rules and steps are what we are actively trying to move away from! My process with clients combines evidenced-based practices with exploratory soul work to bridge the gap between mind, body, and spirit. My goal with clients is to put the eating disorder out of a job – that is to say, we work towards creating a life so full that the eating disorder no longer serves a purpose for you.
Therapy with me cuts through the bull, retrains the mind and body to serve your highest good, and allows you to reconnect to your soul’s purpose. I believe macro level change starts at the micro level – therapy isn’t selfish, it’s a freaking rebellion that affects global change!
Let's talk and figure it out together.
