I am a collaborative, all-inclusive therapist experienced with working with Veterans, PTSD, Women's Issues, Sexual Abuse, Addiction, Depression, Anxiety, Grief/Loss/Divorce/Transistions, Anger Management, LGBTQ communities, Individual, Couples, and Family Counseling. I offered a diverse skill set being trained extensively in Addiction Counseling and being Certified in Integrative Health for Mental Health, Journaling, and NLP Coaching. I am a Veteran Owned business, a wife, and mother to three.

I am a life-long learner who is creative, introspective, curious, and compassionate. My professional background has equipped her with solid practical skills combined with a deep understanding of people's needs. I have worked with substance use disorders and mental health issues including trauma and grief. I incorporate an eclectic approach to implement evidence-based practices, neuroscience, and holistic modalities such as integrative health, expressive arts including journaling, and life coaching strategies. She is ready to grow alongside her clients through a collaborative, holistic approach utilizing integrity, curiosity, dedication, and a strong desire to build a trusting, healing partnership.
