About me
Hi, I'm Chelsea! (she/her) I work primarily with young adults/adults in helping professions, those recovering from burnout, and clients with self-esteem/body image concerns.
I am currently offering in-person therapy to clients in/around the Orange County, CA area, and telehealth individual therapy and support groups for clients located anywhere in California. . I would describe my approach to therapy as attachment-based and focused on the mind-body connection. I am also train in Phases 1 and 2 of Brainspotting, a method of therapy which enables you to access, process, and release trauma "stored" in the body. However I would say the main focus for me is developing and safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients so they can feel safe to truly explore their emotions and experiences. My hope in therapy for my clients is to cultivate attunement and trust with themselves, and empowerment to for their lives to reflect this.
