About me
I am an experienced therapist who is dedicated to helping children and adults cope with depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, and grief.
Through support and encouragement, everyone can have the ability to create positive change and find a balance in their lives. A strength-based approach can allow for the opportunity to identify successes, reestablish healthy patterns and learn new ways to deal with everyday life. Together, we can create goals that you or your child hope to achieve.
We are a small group practice with several therapists to meet your needs. We have over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. We specialize in mood related problems (depression, anxiety, bipolar), trauma, grief, parent support and LGBTQI+ related issues. However, we have had success helping people with a variety of challenges.
Many clients have expressed a better quality of life when we end our work together. Feel free to review our website profiles or call/email to see if we may be the right therapist for you or your child. 720-943-7911
