About me
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor and Certified Trauma Professional. I am passionate about working with those who want to gain tools and insight to manage and improve anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, self-confidence, and other concerns through a compassionate, authentic, connection.
Hi there! :) I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is vital to the growth and healing process. I started this journey because of my love for people and a desire to provide others with compassionate, authentic connection to heal and grow into the version of themselves that has a full toolbox of skills, self-understanding to start to heal past trauma, and tackle current and future stress life can bring. I believe that everyone is inherently worthy and capable of good and healing, and I build a therapeutic foundation of trust on this belief.
I’m a trauma-informed, Licensed Associate Counselor and Certified Trauma Professional, who is experienced in working with a variety of individuals and their concerns and goals, including: anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, those seeking to improve their communication and relationships with others and themselves. I’m passionate about supportive, empathetic, evidenced-based care.
My approach values and welcomes clients regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, body size, ability status, or cultural background. I’m dedicated to fostering an environment where LGBTQ+ individuals, plus-sized individuals, and diverse minority communities feel respected and understood. If any of this connects with you I would love to chat!
