About me
Driven by a dedication to helping individuals, families, and couples pursue richer, more fulfilling lives, I am committed to delivering compassionate and impactful psychotherapy services. My expertise lies in supporting individuals coping with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and children confronting mental health challenges.
Hello, I'm Chantelle, a Marriage and Family Therapist at Angel Oak Counseling. Originally from South Africa, my husband and I have made the United States our home for the past 14 years. With firsthand experience of significant life changes, I possess a deep understanding of the intense emotions that accompany such transitions. My passion lies in assisting families and couples as they navigate these adjustments across various phases of life.
In my therapeutic practice, I prioritize empathy and tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Through collaborative efforts, I create a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their struggles and aspirations openly.
Driven by a genuine desire to foster growth and resilience, I am committed to accompanying my clients on their journey through life's complexities. Together, we work towards unlocking potential for personal transformation and achieving greater well-being.
