I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have many years of experience providing treatment to children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked in various settings from schools to residential facilities. I also have several years of experience providing therapy to couples which has become a passion of mine. In my work I use various methods of therapeutic interventions such as CBT, Gottman Method for couples, and play therapies. When working with children I utilize my training in Theraplay and play therapy techniques which support social emotional development by allowing children to express emotion, improve communication, and problem solve.
