About me
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist & Associate Professional Clinical Counselor that is devoted to providing the ultimate experience to children, individuals, couples and families as they work through their grief and trauma.
Helping individuals has been my calling for as long as I could remember. As an individual who's dealt with trauma and grief, who's lost loved ones via accidents or cancer, it is important to never underestimate the side effects mental health causes during our toughest battles. My name is Cesar Palos, I am a AMFT/APCC who strives to provide the best therapeutic experience to all clients via therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, BSFT, ACT and Play Therapy and communication. My goal as a therapist is to guide you and help you reach and maintain a happy and manageable life as well as experience what therapy is really about.
