I am specialized in and passionate about helping all members of the adoption constellation, survivors of trauma, Veterans & older adults through individualized online counseling sessions.
I have lived experience as a domestic adoptee in reunion. I have extensive post-graduate training in many trauma informed practices & I have worked for the past 10 years with the Veteran and caregiver population. I have watched people blossom and heal through courageously speaking their truth and I can't wait to hear from you and share in your journey!
