About me
I am a Mental Health Counselor with two years of experience in treating adults with various concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. Anxiety and depression can be debilitating, but so can feeling lost, regret, or confused. I enjoy working with young adult issues including transitioning into adulthood, going away for college and big life decisions during this time including finding a career path. I am trauma informed and have interests in treating trauma, specifically survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault.
I hope to make therapy a place that is tailored to your needs using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I strive to help individuals develop a toolbox of coping mechanisms that work for you. I am also a person of faith and would be happy to incorporate Christian values into sessions.
