Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor & Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Texas. I've worked primarily with clients who have issues relating to Addiction for about 10 years. But have experience experience assisting client through therapy sessions dealing with a wide array of problems such as, clients who have relationship issues, depression, anxiety, family conflicts, clients who have been incarcerated, ADHD, domestic violence, anger-management issues, self-esteem related issues, and various other issues for 8 years.
My therapeutic approach is a warm, welcoming, and interactive with my clients. I believe in treating all clients with respect, sensitivity and collaboration to help them work to overcome their problems. I used various therapeutic theories such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focusing on our actions, behaviors and emotions, Client-centered, and solution focused therapeutic approach, using a eclectic approach to cater to my clients needs.
My goal is to provide to provide my clients with the tools they need to begin learning and begin living to live a holistic and self-rewarding life, and have them accomplish and meet the goals set, by providing a positive and safe atmosphere for them to disclose information to me, in a non-judgmental environment as their therapist without feeling uncomfortable.
