Our practice specializes in addictions recovery, domestic abuse and life trauma, crisis resolutions, and children's mental health. We want to share our belief of caring for people through meeting people where they are and helping them undertake the journey to where they want to be. We bring a total picture of wellness by looking at emotional, physical, and sensory health needs. We offer family and individual counseling for children and adults, building tools for wellness, massage therapy and group therapy and educational offerings.
I am an RN of 20+ years who specializes in trauma, crisis, and children. During the course of my career, I have gained extensive knowledge regarding coping, depression, anxiety, substance use, and children with special needs. After suffering a work-related trauma, I chose to continue my career of caring for people by returning to school to obtain licensure as a Mental Health Counselor. Together with my long career in nursing, I can bring a total picture of wellness looking at mood disturbances, health practices, emotional trauma and physical needs.
