I Have been a psychotherapist for 20 years, currently in private practice. My practice is IFS Informed. The Internal Family Systems is non-pathologising and embraces a reality of multiplicity of mind, meaning we each have many parts and one Core Self. There are no bad parts, and when unhelpful parts (ie addictions, suicidal ideation, inner critics, cutting, shame etc.) are healed through access to the Core Self, change occurs.
My license is in Addiction, however, my practice is not limited to clients with addiction. I am also a Certified Trauma Professional.
I am also a wife, mother, grandmother, gardener, Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist.
