I have 30+ years as an LCSW specializing in working with trauma wounds, often caused by a traumatic life event . These events may have originated from childhood incidents, criminal acts, natural disasters, accidents, and/or other emotional disasters. In addition to several forms of talk therapy I use bilateral modalities including EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Brainspotting.
I received my MSW from Syracuse University and began practicing psychotherapy in Binghamton, NY prior to moving to Jacksonville Fl. in 1995. I offer a strength based approach to treating a variety of issues including, but not limited to, grief and loss, life changes, relational pain, anxiety, and depression.
