My counseling experience includes individual and couples' counseling. I am trained in Gottman Couples' Therapy which is non-judgmental, compassionate, and statistically-based. It teaches couples how to re-connect, build admiration and communicate honestly, thereby re-establishing trust, managing conflict and making dreams come true through communal meaning.
