About me

I collaborate with my fellow LGBTQI+ community to tell their stories through expressive arts (visual art, drama, dance, music). I find that these creative activities facilitate healing from trauma, provide stress relief, release the capacity for self-expression, and encourage empowerment and recovery.
I utilize a collaborative approach that is guided by Expressive Arts Therapies and EMDR practices. I am direct and transparent with my clients, encouraging them to explore their fears, blockages, and desires for change in an environment that facilitates healing. I ask clients to step outside their comfort zones and I will walk along this journey with you.

I identify as a queer nonbinary artist and activist committed to my own self care and healing from trauma and substance use. I view and examine mental health through the lens of social and cultural identities, and ways in which our cultural and familial upbringings inform us of our relationships, boundaries, and ways of connecting to our world. I am active in my LGBTQI+ community and often share my own stories through the form of comic books and illustration.
