I am an experienced psychotherapist who is dedicated to assisting adult individuals with trauma experiences, life stressors, anxiety, and depression.

Individuals that seek my services are often having difficulty coping with wounds from the past or with current stressors. Some individuals are functioning, though unhappy or struggling to function at home, at work, and within their relationships. I specialize in PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addiction, however I treat various other mental health problems as well (relationship stressors, bipolar, insomnia, adjustment and life transitions, etc). Many military service members and their families find it comforting to know that I'm a Navy veteran and understand their unique experiences.
I work with individuals for healing, wellness, and balance. I offer a humanistic and empathic approach with the use of research-backed practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Somatic experiencing, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Imagery Rehearsal Therapy.
