I enjoy helping individuals who are going through divorce to find peace with themselves, to develop new ways to communicate with children and ex-partner, and to find unexpected opportunities in the difficulties that happen during this often painful time.

Drawing upon my 30 years in active recovery and my lifetime as a survivor of childhood brain injury, I have learned empathy for a wide variety of challenges people face. From my 18 years as a therapist, and my longtime passion for peace, I have learned a wealth of resources to support the thriving we humans crave. I help people enhance relationships with other people, sometimes with a higher power, and, especially, with themselves.

Together we can clarify what helps you thrive and find new ways to attain those conditions. Depending on your needs, we can utilize Nonviolent Communication, Gestalt Therapy, The Work of Byron Katie, Internal Family Systems ("parts work"), or spiritual or religious traditions. This work is trauma-informed and I support nervous system regulation.

Fee is $140 for individual sessions and $160 for couples. I do not currently accept insurance for couples therapy.
