I help people improve relationships with others and with self.

Want support for resolving conflicts – inner conflicts or conflicts with others – in ways that help you get what you really, really want? Want to find solutions that work for you and also work for others? Would you like support to contribute your gifts to the world?

Some people want to change their relationship with an intoxicating substance. Some people have questions or concerns in their relationship with the Divine. Often our biggest challenges lead to opportunities.

Together we can clarify what helps you to thrive, and then identify new ways to attain those conditions. Empathy, present moment awareness, attention to underlying human needs, and a "power-with" value system called "Nonviolent Communication" can help. My work is trauma-informed and I give attention to nervous system regulation. As a survivor of childhood brain injury I have learned empathy for a wide variety of challenges people face. I love to see people change anxiety and depression into peace, empowerment, connection, and freedom.

I invite you to call. I would like to hear about the needs that are alive for you and talk about how I might be able to help you meet them.

When needed, I have an alternative office address which is ADA accessible.

A menudo, nuestros mayores desafíos conducen a oportunidades.

Te invito a llamar.
